The Slovak Digital HR Association, a proud member of Global Digital HR, has developed the Digital HR
Ecosystem©, an innovative initiative aimed at driving digital transformation in human resources across Slovakia and Central Europe. The initiative was created to address the growing need for modern, efficient, and technology-driven HR solutions in public institutions, private companies, and universities.

About this initiative

The Digital HR Ecosystem© is a comprehensive 12-module platform reflecting the full employee lifecycle and offering practical, innovative solutions in areas such as recruitment, onboarding, training, employee wellbeing, process automation, cybersecurity, compliance, and skills development.

Key modules include VR and hologram-based learning, AI Digital Buddy, AI Mirror©, blockchain-based verification of certificates and work experience, workplace safety technologies, and soft skills and neuroscience-based wellbeing programs.

Why is this a good practice?

The initiative is supported by a dedicated team of 11 expert guarantors, ensuring the highest level of professional guidance, quality, and relevance. All modules are implemented in practice, supported by case
studies and hands-on professional training in public administration, private companies, and universities.

The goal of the initiative is to empower HR professionals and organizations by providing tools, knowledge, and best practices that modernize HR processes, enhance workforce skills, and improve overall employee
experience. By combining cutting-edge technologies with practical expertise, the initiative enables organizations to manage human capital effectively and prepare employees for the future of work.
